3. Third-party services

- Google Analytics: Traffic and usage analysis using information such as visited pages, referral source, browser and device details, approximate region, and interaction events.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session replay, heatmaps, and behavioral metrics based on clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, and page rendering to improve usability, performance, and security.
- Vercel: Website hosting, request logs, security, and performance monitoring.
- Kakao Maps API and Korea Public Data Portal APIs: Map display and public transit data delivery.
Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Cookies and personalized advertising
Google, Microsoft, and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, audience measurement, and session analysis. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site and other websites.
During ad serving and measurement, third parties may place or read cookies and process web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers.

6. Retention and deletion
We do not maintain a database of personal information submitted directly by visitors. Technical logs and analytics information are retained only as needed under service settings and each provider's policies, then deleted or aggregated. Retention for Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel, and advertising partners follows their service settings and policies.
